29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system. a) Roof - On or about December 2, 2014, two employees were exposed to a 20 feet fall while working on a roof and not having their harnesses attached to lanyards.
