Employees use ZEP X-8871 containing Sodium Hydroxide, a corrosive.

29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1): The employer did not ensure that employees using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator pass an appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT) as stated in this paragraph: a) On or about December 3, 2014 - An employee was not provided with a fit test when required to wear a half-mask respirator. The Castle Cheese, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 760686, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on April 10, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2850 Perry Highway, Slippery Rock, PA 16057.
