OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard:    On or about December 1, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while repairing a conveyor belt from a cage/basket which was elevated approximately 9 feet with the use of a forklift; the cage/basket was missing a pin and a strap to secure the equipment.
