29 CFR 1926.1417(a): The employer did not comply with all manufacturer procedures applicable to the operational functions of equipment, including its use with attachments: (a) On or about December 2, 2014, for an employee who was caught between a boom dolly and a Liebherr mobile crane, while preparing the crane for transit, where the manufacturer's procedures requiring that the dolly be secured from rolling and mechanically connected to the crane prior to connecting the air lines, were not followed in the parking area located near 2401 Elk Drive in Minot, North Dakota.
