29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Forklift battery recharging area, on or about, and at times prior to December 1, 2014, forklift operators used a 220/440 volt Hertner Battery Charger, Model SN18-680, S/N MD4459 that was not installed and used per manufacturers safe operating procedures, in that the battery charger was being used in close proximity to combustible material such as, but not limited to wood and cardboard boxes, exposing employees to life safety hazards.
