29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment was not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  (a). Worksite located at 8353 N. Booth Road, Kansas City, MO- Employees were observed performing EIFS materials to the walls of the building and were not wearing any safety glasses or goggles. The materials contained  in the EIFS is asphalt and calcium carbonate which can cause eye and skin irritation while applying the materials to the walls.

Booth Road, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were observed working in an aerial lift without the use of a lanyard connected to the boom or basket of the lift.
