29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:  a) At Lot 12 Dunnmore Subdivision Daphne, Alabama:  On or about December 1, 2014 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to place a wood wedge in the skill saw guard holding the guard in the up position, exposing the blade, and allowing the guard to be by-passed exposing employees to amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At Lot 12 Dunnmore Subdivision Daphne, Alabama:  On or about December 1, 2014 and at times prior; the employer failed to provide fall protection for employees involved in framing activities on a high slope roof exposing them to a fall hazard of 9.3 feet to the ground below.
