29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates or markings were not maintained in a legible condition: Employees engaged in operating company forklifts (HYSTER 50 #1 and #2) on the outskirts of the main building were exposed to struck- by hazards. The employees were exposed in that the control lever(s) to the forks were not identifiable to indicate there movement.
