29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a) Maple Leaf Village 600 Milwaukee Avenue, Old Forge, PA: A Skytrak Telehandler was used without an approved scaffold platform to access the second story of a condo under construction which was about 15 feet high, on or about December 4, 2014.
