29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-sloped roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line systems and guardrail systems, warning line systems and safety net systems, or warning line systems and personal fall arrest systems, or warning line systems and safety monitoring systems: (a) Location: 114 High Street, Newburyport, MA, 01950 On or about 12/4/2014, employees were not protected from falling while working on a low sloped roof greater than six feet above a lower level. Northern Roofing Contractors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315092312, citation number 001, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/24/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 465 Lincon Avenue, Saugus, MA 01906.
