29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about 12/04/2014 - Lot 1, Legacy Oaks Place, Huntsville, AL, employees working at 11 feet above the ground installing roofing materials were not protected from falls. Ramiro Brito DBA Ramiro Brito was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 987299, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/18/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1400 Piedmont Cutoff, Gadsden, AL 35903.
