29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(1): Employers did not train employees regarding the new label elements and safety data sheets format by December 1, 2013. At the shop, for employees who used chemicals, including but not limited to Helium, Rust-Oleum Professional High Performance Enamel, and Gunk Liquid Wrench Multi-use Lubricating Oil, global harmonization system (GHS) training on the new labeling system (pictograms, etc.), and safety data sheets had not been conducted.
