29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   On or about December 04, 2014, and times prior thereto, employees in the make ready department who used a solvent parts washer were not provided with an eye wash station or other water source in the event first aid was required.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage was not secure. Storage of material shall not create a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse.   On or about December 04, 2014, and at times prior thereto, storage racks components located in the parts room were not secured exposing employees to falling objects and struck-by hazards created by potential structural failure and collapse of storage rack systems.     a. Horizontal Braces were not secured from up lift by safety latches, pins or bolts.      b. Vertical Upright Footing were not bolted to the concrete floor.     c. Storage racks were not marked to indicate maximum capacity.
