29 CFR 1915.507(b)(1): The portable fire extinguishers and hose systems were not selected, installed, inspected, maintained, and tested by the employer according to NFPA 10-2002 Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers. On or about December 3, 2014 the employer did not ensure that portable fire extinguisher inspections for all portable fire extinguishers throughout the facility conducted at least monthly were recorded in accordance with NFPA 10-2002 Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers.
