29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): (a) Production Area: The cover of a 120 volt, 100 amp breaker box containing 14 breakers was removed exposing employees to live energized parts, as observed on December 18, 2014.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: (a) Facility Wide: Employees use Marble Elite Alpha marble dust, which contains limestone and crystalline silica, in the manufacturing of cultured marble products. The employer has not provided employees with information and training on the new label elements (pictograms and signal words) and the new safety data sheet format as required per 29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(1), as determined on December 5, 2014. Abatement Certification Required for this Item.
