The company housekeeping plan was not sufficient to prevent dust accumulations at the following locations:    a) On the floor under Roller #10.  Dust measured 1/8 inch.  b) On the floor under Roller #27.  Dust measured 1 3/4 inches.  c) On the floor in the basement.  Dust measured 3 1/8 inches.
