29 CFR 1910.272(j)(1): The employer did not develop and implement a written housekeeping program that established the frequency and the method(s) determined best to reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust on ledges, floors, equipment, and other exposed surfaces: Employees working in the flour mill are exposed to fire and explosion hazards. The company housekeeping plan was not sufficient to prevent dust accumulations at the following locations: a) On the floor under Roller #10. Dust measured 1/8 inch. b) On the floor under Roller #27. Dust measured 1 3/4 inches. c) On the floor in the basement. Dust measured 3 1/8 inches.
