29 CFR 1926.1437(k)(2): The employer did not ensure that the manufacturer's specifications and limitations with respect to environmental, operational, and in-transit loads for a barge, pontoon, vessel, or other means of flotation are not exceeded or violated.  On or about December 1, 2014, Imperial Crane Services, Inc. did not ensure that all outriggers were fully extended on the barge mounted Terex RT 555 as required by manufacturer set up foot note # 1.  This condition exposed employees to a struck-by hazard.  Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
