CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system; (a)Namaste Solar Electric @ 1155 W. 5th Ave. Denver, CO 80204: On and before November 25th, 2015, employees working on a flat roof were not protected from falling by a system as described above. Specifically, employees were observed installing solar panels on the roof without the use of a warning line system, or personal fall arrest systems. The condition exposed employee to fall hazards greater than 6 feet.
