29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: On or about December 5, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not provide employees who had been dispensing and handling chemical substances such as battery water, automatic transmission fluid, and antifreeze, with the appropriate personal protective equipment such as face shields that would have protected them against skin contact.
