29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. (a) Alex-Jose LLC at 4532 Boardwalk Dr., Fort Collins, CO 80525: On and before December 2, 2014 the exposing employer did not ensure their employees were protected from injury, in that five employees engaged in roofing work on the roof of a commercial building were exposed to falls of approximately 22 feet without the use of a fall protection system.
