29 CFR 1926.503(c): When the employer had reason to believe that any affected employee who had already been trained did not have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section, the employer did not retrain each such employee: a) Job site, 225 Ross Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about December 8, 2014, during window removal and installation activities, the employer did not ensure that employees were retrained in fall protection where they were using fall arrest systems and were tied off to office doors, some of which contained a nearly full glass inner panel.
