A: On or about November 20, 2014, the controlling employer, Ormond Builders, Inc. did not ensure that its sub-contractor protected their employees while performing framing where a completed guardrail system was not in place. Employees were exposed to a 10 foot 6 inch fall hazard to the ground level below. Note) Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
