29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest: a) West entry roof area: On or about 11-26-2014, an EE was installing roof sheathing on a 4-12 pitch roof at a fall height of approximately 12.6 feet to disturbed earth without a fall protection system in place. Note: Abatement Certification is required for this item.
