29 CFR 1904.7(b)(3): The employer did not correctly classify and record work-related injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent. a)Publix Super Markets, Inc. : On or about October 28th, 2014, the employer did not enter correctly the following work-related injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent for the calendar year 2014. An employee that experienced an illness that a physician ordered the next day of work, October 29th, 2014 to be a day away from work and prescribed medication that was not over the counter type was not recorded for the year 2014.
