29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels:        a.)  On or about December 8, 2014 the employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program for all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time weighted average of 85 dBA.  An employee working in the production area at the tear down station was overexposed to noise at an 8 hour time weighted average of 87.1 dBA, which exceeded the action limit of 85 dBA.         b.)  On or about December 8, 2014 the employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program for all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time weighted average of 85 dBA.  An employee working in the production area building in the middle room was overexposed to noise at an 8 hour time weighted average of 88.8 dBA, which exceeded the action limit of 85 dBA.       c.)  On or about December 8, 2014 the employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program for all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time weighted average of 85 dBA.  An employee working in the production area using a nail gun was overexposed to noise at an 8 hour time weighted average of 95.2 dBA,  which exceeded the action limit of 85 dBA and the OSHA permissible exposure limit of 90 dBA.
