Kings Street in Springfield, Missouri- Employee was in a basket at a height greater than 30 feet that was attached to a SKY TRAK lift. The employee was standing on the mid rail of the basket and not firmly standing on the floor of the basket. Abatement certification for the item is not required.

Kings Street in Springfield, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a platform attached to a SKY TRAK with a wheel base of 8 feet, and the platform was approximately 25 feet wide. The fall height was greater that 30 feet above the ground. Abatement certification for this item is not required.
