In the metal framing shop, employees were exposed to an amputation hazard, in that, while cutting metal parts the guard on the Dayton bandsaw model # 3Z981 was not adjusted to the metal door frame parts leaving the blade exposed, on or about 12/09/2014. b. In the metal framing shop, employees were exposed to amputation and struck by hazards, in that, the Rockwell drill press did not have a cup guard, on or about 12/09/2014.
