29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage firefighting:  Work Station: The employer did not train its employees in the principles and hazards of the use of fire extinguishers in the incipient stage firefighting, additionally, the employer did not establish a written fire safety policy which requiring the immediate and total evacuation of employees upon the sounding of a fire alarm signal and which includes an emergency action plan and a fire prevention plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.38 and 29 CFR 1910.39 respectively.
