29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about December 9, 2014, at the steep roof at the front of the building, employees were not protected from falling to a lower level by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees were exposed to falls from heights greater than 6 feet to a lower level.
