29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not timely assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). nor select and/or provided personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employees from the hazards. On or about December 09, 2014, and times prior thereto, the employer did not timely assess the workplace for hazards likely to be present such as mold growth and dispersion, that will necessitate the use of personal protective equipment. This condition exposed employees to health hazards.
