29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  a) Storage Area (Under the Mezzanine): The electrical panel was blocked by cardboard, storage boxes and aluminum railings, on or about 12/10/14.  b) Storage Area (Under the Mezzanine): The electrical panel was blocked by a two shop vacs on or about 12/10/14.  c) Layout Department: The electrical panel was blocked by aluminum metal pieces, on or about 12/10/14.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a) Facility: The employer did not develop a written respiratory program for employees that wore respirators such as, but not limited to 3M hood tyvek suit w/ supplied air respirator to spray paint aluminum railings, on or about 12/10/14.   THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
