29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) On or about 12/5/14 at a roof replacement project located at 3557 Route 62, Kennedy, New York; employees were placing underlayment on a steep slope roof with a pitch of 6 in 12 and an eave height of approximately 24 feet. There were no fall protection systems in place.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
