29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a)a) On or about 12/9/14 at residential roof project located at 45 Brocton Lane, Lancaster New York ; employees were installing a roof on a house that had a roof pitch of 8 in 12 with eave heights of approximately 10 to 12 feet. There was no fall protection in place. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
