29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:    a) On or about 12/9/14 at a residential construction site located at 9679 Garden Walk, Clarence, New York; employees were using a pump jack scaffold to install siding on the rear of the house. The platform height was set at 12'-6" and there was no fall protection in place.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
