29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) Rt 35 & 8th Ave., Seaside Heights, NJ:  On or about 12/10/2014 five employees of Heraz-Lazo Construction, Inc. were engaged in roofing activities, installing asphalt paper and moving materials, on the sloped roof of a three story new construction residential structure.  The employees were wearing harnesses but were not anchored to safety lines, exposing them to a fall hazard of approximately 31 feet.
