29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): In an energized installation, each outlet box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy. (a) 330 South Osmond Street, State College PA - Employee(s) in the garage performing electrical work were exposed to energized wires in a metal junction box next to the main entrance that was not protected from accidental contact, thereby exposing employees to electrical shock or accidental injury on or about December 9, 2014. No abatement certification or documentation required.
