29 CFR 1910.176(b): Secure storage. Storage of material shall not create a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a) On or about November 5, 2014 the parts that were stored on the material parts carts were not stable and secured to prevent tip-over in that the material parts were stacked in the upper portion of the cart and the wheels to the carts were broken.
