29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): In any workplace where respirators were necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators were required by the employer, the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures:  (a) G2 Diesel LLC dba G2 Diesel Products - The employer did not establish a written respiratory protection program for employees who were required to wear respirators when buffing, on or about December 9, 2014.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):   The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:  (a) G2 Diesel LLC dba G2 Diesel Products - Employees used chemicals, such as the "Wearever Brake and Parts Cleaner",  and the employer did not provide training on the revised hazard communication standard (HCS 2012) label elements and the new format and type of information on each section of the safety data sheets (SDSs) to ensure that when employees begin to see HCS 2012 compliant labels and SDSs in their workplace, employees understand how to use the labels and SDSs and access the information effectively, on or about December 9, 2014.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
