29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(viii): When the loads specified in paragraph (g)(4)(vii) of this section was applied in a downward direction, the top edge dropped below the height above the platform surface that is prescribed in paragraph (g)(4)(ii) of this section. a) Wethersfield High School Job Site - On or about 12-10-14 - The chains used for top rails and mid-rails system deflected more than three inches and were less than 38 inches from the platform surface.
