29 CFR 1926.34(b): Exits and access to exits were not marked by a readily visible sign: a) Third Floor, West Side - On or about 12/09/2014, construction workers were exposed to a fire hazard where exit signs were not placed at all available exits and where the location of the available exists was not immediately apparent. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
