29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about December 11, 2014, employees engaged in framing activities at heights above 6 feet were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems.  Employees were exposed to the hazard of falls.   Barry Troutt Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 894405, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 22, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 9509 N. 96th E. Place, Owasso, OK.   Barry Troutt Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 965998, citation number 1, item  number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 24, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 7613 N. 142nd E. Ave, Owasso, OK.   Barry Troutt Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 958517, citation number 1, item number 1_ and was affirmed as a final order on May 13, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 12102 E. 70th St. North, Owasso, OK.
