At the site located on 11625 Brighton Knoll Loop, Riverview, FL, employees performing frame work while standing on a concrete wall 10.5-ft above ground without any means of fall protection were observed, on or about, 12/10/2014. b. At the site located on 13908 Windy Knoll Dr., Riverview, FL, employees performing roof work while standing 17-ft above ground without any means of fall protection were observed, on or about, 12/10/2014. c. At the site located on 13908 Windy Knoll Dr., Riverview, FL, employees performing frame work inside a residential structure were exposed to 12-ft fall from unguarded wall openings. No means of fall protection were provided, on or about, 12/10/2014.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a. At the site located on 11625 Brighton Knoll Loop, Riverview, FL, employees performing frame work while standing on a concrete wall 10.5-ft above the ground without any means of fall protection. No training had been provided in that employees were not aware of height requirements for the use of fall protection, on or about, 12/10/2014.
