29 CFR 1910.107(g)(5): The use of solvents for cleaning operations was not restricted to those having flashpoints not less than 100 degrees F or solvents having flashpoints not less than those normally used in the spray operation:     On or about December 10, 2014, and at times prior thereto, in the flammable storage room employees were using Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) having flashpoint of 18 degrees F as a solvent for cleaning operations.  Employees were exposed  to fire hazards.
