29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:   Worksite located at 6805 South Yale. Tulsa, OK 74136. On or about December 04, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees of another subcontractor were exposed to impalement hazards while working from an aerial lift above unprotected reinforcing steel in a concrete wall. Uncapped rebar used as reinforcement in a concrete wall had an unprotected height of approximately 2 feet.
