29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: On or about September 25, 2014 and times prior thereto, employees of Mid-America Steel Products, Inc. performed metal fabrication at the employer's facility located at or near 909 C. North Missouri Ave. in Corning, Arkansas. Special hand tools for placing and removing materials was not provided to employees operating pneumatic press brakes, exposing employees to caught-in hazards at the point of operation.
