29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At the jobsite, on or about December 12, 2014, employees working on a second working level while performing wood framing activities were walking on an exposed top wall without fall protection provided, exposing employees to fall hazards of about 9 feet onto the ground. b) At the jobsite, on or about December 12, 2014, employees working on a second working level while performing wood framing activities were walking on an exposed demarcation line, without fall protection provided, exposing employees to fall hazards of about 10.8 feet onto concrete.
