29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met. a) On or about December 15, 2014, the employer failed to develop a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs f, g and h of the hazard communication standard is going to be met. Employees working at Coppus Motors Inc. were exposed to hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to, Mopar break parts cleaner and Mopar silicon spray lube containing, but not limited to, acetone, benzene, heptane, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and propane which can cause, but not limited to, damage to the central nervous system, brain damage, nausea, unconsciousness or coma.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) On or about December 15, 2014, the employer failed to provide effective information and training on the hazardous chemicals in the workplace. Employees working at Coppus Motors Inc., were exposed to hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to, Mopar break parts cleaner and Mopar silicone spray lube containing, but not limited to, acetone, benzene heptane, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and propane which may cause, but not limited to, damage to the central nervous system, brain damage, nausea , unconsciousness or coma.
