29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.  a) Five Guys, 22-28 Liberty Lane, Williamsport, PA - Employees operated temporary lighting in "Five Guys" by using a circuit breaker located in a temporary electrical panel that provided power through a flexible cord that had exposed conductors and no strain relief. Employees were exposed to a contact with electrical current hazard, on or about December 15, 2014.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is not required for this violation. The hazardous condition was corrected during the inspection.
