29 CFR 1926.55(b): Feasible administrative or engineering controls were not implemented to reduce employee exposure: On or about December 10, 2014, an employee was exposed to 0.24 mg/m3 of Methylene bisphenyl isocyanate during a sixteen minute sample while applying Icynene Insulation System spray foam insulation where the employer had not determined and implemented feasible administrative and engineering controls to achieve compliance with the Ceiling Permissible Exposure Limit of 0.2 mg/m3 at Symmes Dining Hall in the vicinity of 500 North Fisher Drive in Oxford, Ohio.
