29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds:    a) Worksite, 65 Roundtree Dr., Plainview, front roof of residence- Employee was at roof edge installing upper bracing for a pump jack scaffold on a residence while at a height of approximately 20 feet on a roof with an 8/12 pitch. The employee was working without fall protection; on or about 12/12/14.     Note:  In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
